Smith Duggan Cornell & Gollub LLP Welcomes Attorney Claybourne

James B. Claybourne IV has joined Smith Duggan Cornell & Gollub LLP as an associate; he will focus on litigation and health care. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. 

During law school he was employed full time at a law firm where he aided attorneys in preparing patent prosecution reports for clients and foreign associates.

Previously, he was with an international company serving the national security, health and life sciences, and energy and environmental industries. He reviewed raw data, operating procedures, and administrative documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

James received his JD degree from New England Law | Boston. His BA degree was awarded by the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio.
