Jennifer Rudman

In 2025, Jennifer Rudman joined Smith Duggan Cornell & Gollub LLP as an associate, specializing in family law, probate litigation and estate planning. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

Jennifer received her J.D. degree from Suffolk University School of Law, where she was a Dean Scholar, earning a merit-based full scholarship. She also served as the secretary of the Jewish Law Student Association. Her B.S. degree was awarded from Boston University, where she was a member of Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority.

During her time in law school, Jennifer clerked for two years at a Boston-area law firm that focused on family law. In this role, she prepared legal documents and made numerous filings at the Suffolk Family and Probate Court on behalf of clients.

While at Boston University, she authored an article published in the Fall 2020 edition of the Boston University Pre-Law Review, a student-run law journal open to all Boston University undergraduates.

Her timely article was titled, “A Closer Look into How Social Media Is Regulated: What a Lack of Regulations Means for Americans.”
