Jennifer Rudman joined Smith Duggan Cornell & Gollub LLP in 2025 as an associate, specializing in family law, probate litigation and estate planning. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

Jennifer received her J.D. degree from Suffolk University School of Law, where she was a Dean Scholar, earning a merit-based full scholarship. She also served as the secretary of the Jewish Law Student Association. Her B.S. degree was awarded from Boston University, where she was a member of Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority.

During her time in law school, Jennifer clerked for two years at a Boston-area law firm that focused on family law. In this role, she prepared legal documents and made numerous filings at the Suffolk Family and Probate Court on behalf of clients.

During her free time, you can find Jennifer taking a Peloton class, cooking or hanging out with her golden retriever Frank.
