Christopher J. Hurst Named Partner

Smith Duggan Cornell & Gollub LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher J. Hurst has been named a partner of the firm.

Chris is a skilled product liability attorney and commercial litigator.  He defends leading foreign and domestic manufacturers and distributors in litigation involving automobiles, motorcycles, watercraft, helmets and safety equipment, medical devices, consumer products, and industrial equipment.

Chris also represents businesses in wage and employment matters.

He practiced for eight years with Cornell & Gollub in Boston before the firm combined with Smith Duggan Buell & Rufo LLP to form Smith Duggan Cornell & Gollub LLP last year. Previously, he served as a law clerk for the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.

Chris graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University and earned his law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
