No Breach Of Multi-Million-Dollar Management Contract

Partner Gerard A. Butler, Jr. obtained summary judgment from federal court in favor of his client that defeated a breach-of-contract claim arising out of a dispute over a multi-million-dollar parking lot management contract. The manager alleged that rising costs of management services should be borne by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, but Gerard obtained summary judgment to preclude the claim without the need for trial. AIM Parking Management v.
