Law firms Smith Duggan Buell & Rufo LLP and Cornell & Gollub have combined practices, the firms have announced.
The new firm — known as Smith Duggan Cornell & Gollub LLP — has offices in downtown Boston and Lincoln.
The 21-lawyer firm will focus on litigation; commercial transactions; product liability; aviation; insurance coverage; real estate, constitutional, travel, health care and family law; trusts and estates; and other areas of civil practice.
