James has practiced in the Boston area since 1993. Licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut, he has defended numerous product liability cases in state and federal courts in those jurisdictions and other New England states. His experience includes serving as trial counsel and supervising and assisting with trial preparation in automotive and toxic tort actions as well personal injury cases.
