Mr. Rufo has advised an array of clients in matters involving the acquisition and sale of real estate, as well as financing, use, and leasing; the prosecution and defense of complex commercial lawsuits and personal injury litigation; and various corporate formation, funding, and employment issues. Mr. Rufo has developed many strong relationships within the legal, financial, and political communities in the City of Boston and throughout Massachusetts.
