Insurance Coverage

Smith Duggan Cornell & Gollub provides legal representation to insurers, including admitted and non-admitted carriers and Lloyd’s of London syndicates. We also represent businesses and individuals in the interpretation of insurance policies and their application to bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage claims.

Our attorneys are experienced in providing coverage opinions. In addition, we represent interested parties in declaratory judgment litigation to resolve insurance coverage disputes, including manuscript-policy and surplus-lines commercial general liability (CGL) coverage issues, subrogation litigation, good faith and bad faith insurance practices issues, and chapter 93A and chapter 176D litigation.
